Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 17, 2021, Deere & Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its employees represented by the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (“UAW”) have voted to ratify new six-year collective bargaining agreements that cover more than 10,000 workers at 14 Company facilities across the United States. As a result, the labor strike initiated by the UAW has terminated. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
