The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff indicated that these securities would be delisted due to the Company's October 19, 2001 filing under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code as well as the Company's failure to demonstrate sustained compliance with all requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market. The Company will not protest the delisting. The company announced on October 19, 2001, that it had filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 01-10954).
