Commitments	2. COMMITMENTS The Company leases office space in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, under the terms of an operating lease expiring in April 2020. Future minimum rental payments under the terms of the lease are $210,273, $122,659 and $0 in 2019, 2020 and 2021, respectively. Total rent expense incurred by the Company was $215,803 in 2018, $206,366 in 2017 and $202,083 in 2016.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements.
