ITEM 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers

 

On June 29, 2018, Lonnie J. Lowry (66), Vice President, Administration/Corporate Secretary, announced that he will retire effective March 31, 2019. Mr. Lowry joined Panhandle in 2001 and previously served as Controller and CFO. At this time, the Company does not intend to fill Mr. Lowry’s specific position. His duties will be performed by other executives and managers within the Company.
