Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 14: Subsequent Events On July 26, 2013, the Company was notified and received a class action lawsuit settlement of approximately $604,000 related to the underpayment of royalty interest revenues. The settlement is a gain contingency and will be reflected in earnings in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013.
