COMMITMENTS	2. COMMITMENTS The Company leases office space in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, under the terms of an operating lease expiring in April 2015. Future minimum rental payments under the terms of the lease are $204,089 in 2013, $204,089 in 2014 and $119,051 in 2015. Total rent expense incurred by the Company was $204,011 in 2012, $204,089 in 2011 and $203,939 in 2010.
