Basis of Presentation	Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited condensed financial statements of PHX Minerals Inc. have been prepared in accordance with the instructions to Form 10-Q as prescribed by the SEC. Management believes that all adjustments necessary for a fair presentation of the financial position and results of operations and cash flows for the periods have been included. All such adjustments are of a normal recurring nature. The results are not necessarily indicative of those to be expected for a full fiscal year. Certain amounts and disclosures have been condensed or omitted from these financial statements pursuant to the rules and regulations of the SEC. Therefore, these condensed financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and related notes thereto included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. Unless indicated otherwise or the context requires, the terms “we,” “our,” “us,” “PHX” or the “Company” refer to PHX Minerals Inc. Accounting standards that have been issued or proposed by the FASB, or other standards-setting bodies, that do not require adoption until a future date are not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s financial statements upon adoption.
