Subsequent Events	NOTE 14: Subsequent Events Effective July 1, 2011, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Wood Oil Company (Wood) was merged into Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. (Panhandle) and Panhandle will be the surviving corporation. The resolutions of Merger were approved and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company on May 18, 2011. On July 29, 2011, the Company closed a $3.5 million acquisition of mineral acreage in the Fayetteville Shale resource play in Arkansas.
