Commitments	2. COMMITMENTS The Company leases office space in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, under the terms of an operating lease expiring in April 2015. Future minimum rental payments under the terms of the lease are $204,089 in 2014 and $119,052 in 2015. Total rent expense incurred by the Company was $200,782 in 2013, $204,011 in 2012 and $204,089 in 2011.
