The Company reclassified a loss of $1.4 and a loss of $0.2 to the consolidated statement of income during the three months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively.

 

(b)

In connection with the termination of international defined benefit pension plans, $11.9 was reclassified to SG&A.  All other amounts were reclassified to Cost of Sales.
