The Company recorded a $3.2 impairment charge associated with one of its affiliates in 2013.  The charge, recorded in Equity in Earnings (Losses) of Affiliates, is a result of the Company’s assessment of the financial impact from the delay in anticipated discounted cash flows from the affiliate.
