The Company announces that, following the purchase of these shares,

ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of
163.2241p per ordinary share for a total consideration of
approximately £500 million.

"Company") that the Company will fully redeem all of the
outstanding Notes on 14 November 2022 (the "Redemption
