Suncor Energy to release third quarter 2012 financial results

Calgary, Alberta (Oct. 24, 2012) – Suncor Energy will release its third quarter financial results on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 8 p.m. MT (10 p.m. ET).

Following the release, a teleconference to review the third quarter will be held at 8:00 a.m. MT (10:00 a.m. ET) on Thursday November 1, 2012. Representing management will be Steve Williams, president and chief executive officer and Bart Demosky, chief financial officer. A question and answer period will follow brief remarks from management. Steve Douglas, vice president investor relations, will host the call.
