Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 2, 2022, The Eastern Company announced the end of the previously disclosed work stoppage at its Eberhard Manufacturing Division (“Eberhard”) facility in Strongsville, OH. Eberhard and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Local 439 reached an amended three-year labor agreement that will expire on August 28, 2025.
