Subsequent Event	Note O – Subsequent Event On April 23, 2019, the Eastern Company sold land located in Naugatuck, Connecticut, to Hutton ST 17, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company for consideration of $675,000. The land sold was equal to 45,109 square feet (1.036 acres). The land does not contain any structures and is an undeveloped lot.
