The parties have agreed, subject to court approval, to settle all of the Delaware and Missouri litigation filed by shareholders surrounding the planned InBev transaction. As part of the settlement, the plaintiffs’ lawyers identified additional pertinent information to disclose in our proxy statement. The Delaware court will conduct a hearing to confirm that this settlement is fair and reasonable.
