) Subsequent Event

On

April 17, 2019,

the Company announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Ohio-based Genius Solutions Engineering Company (d/b/a GS Engineering), a provider of specialized “soft surface” skin texturized tooling, for

$30

million. GS Engineering primarily serves the automotive end market and will report operating results into the Engraving segment.
