Sensient Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on July 23, 2021 disclosing its results of operations for its quarter ended June 30, 2021, and its financial condition at that date.  The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
