On January 24, 2018, Sensient Technologies Corporation announced that Robert Wilkins, one of our named executive officers, intends to retire from his role as President, Asia Pacific Group in 2018.  Mr. Wilkins’ effective retirement date has not yet been determined and he will continue to serve in his current role until such time.
