Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Related Party Transactions As of September 30, 2013, CBC Co., Ltd. and affiliates (“CBC”) owned approximately 12.1% of the Company’s outstanding common stock. The Company, which has been conducting business with CBC since 1979, imports certain finished products and components through CBC and also sells its products to CBC. The Company purchased approximately $2.4 million and $1.9 million of products and components from CBC in fiscal years 2013 and 2012, respectively, and the Company sold $12,000 and $15,000 of products to CBC for distribution in fiscal years 2013 and 2012, respectively. At September 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company owed $63,000 and $146,000 , respectively, to CBC. At September 30, 2013 and 2012, CBC owed $3,000 and $6,000 , respectively, to the Company resulting from purchases and sales of products.
