Debt Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 2 –Debt Classification The Company was in default of certain financial covenants set forth in the terms of its outstanding indebtedness as of March 31, 2013, December 31, 2012 and September 30, 2012 and has not paid its monthly interest payments to its subordinated lender since February 2013. Based on the covenant violations and the resulting possibility of an acceleration of the indebtedness by the lenders, all of the outstanding indebtedness of the Company has been classified as current liabilities in the accompanying balance sheets.
