On February 26, 2020, The Wendy’s Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2019 and other information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
