On November 3, 2009, R.H. Donnelley Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release containing certain financial results of the Company and its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2009.  A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
