(the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 14 cents per share, payable March 7, 2014 to shareholders of record as of February 19, 2014. The current declaration is the 234th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Donaldson over a time span of 58 years.

DONALDSON COMPANY DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

 

 

MINNEAPOLIS, January 31, 2014 — Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 14 cents per share, payable March 7th to Shareholders of record as of February 19th. As of December 31st, there were approximately 145,300,000 shares outstanding.

 

The current declaration is the 234th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Donaldson over a time span of 58 years.
