Dollar General Corporation (the “Company”) is furnishing this Current Report on Form 8-K to address certain inquiries received regarding the involvement of Lehman Brothers in the Company’s senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility (the “ABL Facility”).  As of September 15, 2008, Lehman Brothers was not a participant in the ABL Facility.
