Other Events - ------------------------ At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Digital Products Corporation (the "Company") held on Thursday evening, November 7, 1996, the current President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Richard A. Angulo, was placed on 60-day administrative leave from all officer and employee positions with the Company. Mr. Angulo, however, remains a director of the Company. A new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as well as other officers, were appointed to replace Mr. Angulo and fill other vacant positions with the Company.
