EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS

Net periodic defined benefit cost (credit) comprise service cost and other components of net benefit cost (credit). Service costs are included in salaries and benefits expense and other components of net benefit cost (credit) are included in other noninterest expenses on the Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income.
