Subsequent Events	Note 20. Subsequent Events On April 9, 2014, Saltholmen Shipping Ltd, a company in which we own a 30% stake, took delivery of the first of two 36,000 dead weight ton Chemical Tankers and immediately deployed the vessel under a ten year bareboat charter. The second Chemical Tanker is expected to be delivered during the second quarter of 2014.
