Operating Lease Obligations

We lease facilities under noncancelable operating leases, which are used for district office and warehouse operations. These leases extend for varying periods of time up to five years and, in some cases, contain renewal options. Minimum rental commitments under noncancelable operating leases, as of December 31, 2013 were as follows:

Total rent expense under all operating leases was $6,167 in 2013, $5,860 in 2012 and $6,233 in 2011.
