Energen Corporation regrets to announce the death of Grace B. Carr, its Vice President and Controller, on March 14, 2008. Ms. Carr was elected Controller of Energen in 1998 and Vice President and Controller in 2001. Ms. Carr’s leadership and friendship will be missed by our Company and community.
