      On March 15, 2006, Del Global  Technologies  Corp., a New York corporation
(the  "Company"),  announced  its results  for the fiscal  2006 second  quarter,
including  summary  balance sheet data. A copy of the press release is furnished
as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
