     On October 20, 2005, Del Global  Technologies Corp., a New York corporation
(the  "Company"),  announced its results for the fiscal 2005 fourth  quarter and
fiscal year 2005. A copy of the press  release is furnished as Exhibit  99.01 to
this report.
