FISCAL 2005 FOURTH QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

(DGTC) (“Del Global”) today announced that it will issue financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended July 30, 2005 on Thursday, October 20, 2005 after the close of the stock market. Management will conduct a conference call on Friday, October 21, 2005 at 11:00 am Eastern Time to discuss these results.
