All of Capital Corporation’s common stock is owned by JDFS, a wholly-owned finance holding subsidiary of Deere & Company. No shares of common stock of Capital Corporation were reserved for officers or employees or for options, warrants, conversions or other rights at October 31, 2016 or 2015. At October 31, 2016 and 2015, Capital Corporation had authorized, but not issued, 10,000 shares of $1 par value preferred stock.
