Item 8.01 Other Events

Datascope Corp. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call on November 6, 2007 at 5:30 p.m., Eastern time, to review the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2008. Lawrence Saper, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Antonino Laudani, Chief Operating Officer, and Henry Scaramelli, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, of the Company hosted the conference call. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
