     (b) On April 10, 2007, Marc S. Levin, Deputy General Counsel of Dana Corporation (Dana), was appointed as Acting General Counsel and Acting Secretary of the company. Mr. Levin succeeds Michael L. DeBacker, who was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dana until that date and who is continuing with the company in a non-legal capacity.
