ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and
full year ended December 31, 2023 as well as expectations for 2024 financial performance. A conference call and webcast presentation will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 10:00 am ET. Lynn M. Bamford, Chair and Chief Executive Officer,
and K. Christopher Farkas, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the call. A copy of the press release and the webcast slide presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2.
