SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS South Bend Controls On October 11, 2011, the Corporation acquired the assets of South Bend Controls for $10 million in cash. South Bend Controls is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered, solenoid-based components used in critical applications serving the aerospace, defense, industrial and medical markets. Revenues of the acquired business were approximately $8 million in 2010. The business will operate within the Corporation's Motion Control segment.

South Bend Controls

On October 11, 2011, the Corporation acquired the assets of South Bend Controls for $10 million in cash. Revenues of the acquired business were approximately $8 million in 2010. The business will operate within the Corporation's Motion Control segment.
