Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective as of December 15, 2020, Ashish Agrawal, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CTS Corporation (the “Company”) assumed the role of the Company’s principal accounting officer from William Cahill. Mr. Cahill, the former Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, remains with the Company in a different capacity.
Mr. Agrawal, age 49, joined the Company in June 2011 as Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Development, was elected as Treasurer on September 1, 2011, and then was elected as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on November 11, 2013. Before joining the Company, Mr. Agrawal served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dometic Corporation.
