Income Taxes	NOTE C - Income Taxes In the first three months of 2013 the effective tax rate was 34.0%. In the first three months of 2012 the effective tax rate was 31.8%. The difference is primarily due to the higher level of domestic versus foreign earnings in the first quarter of 2013 versus the first quarter of 2012.
