Income Taxes	NOTE C - Income Taxes In the first six months of 2011 the effective tax rate was 32.6%. In the first six months of 2010 the effective tax rate was 28.3%. The increase is the result of the expiration of a tax holiday in China effective January 1, 2011 and a shift in the percentage of forecasted profitability to tax jurisdictions with higher tax rates.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
