2 We also recorded related costs of $0.2 million for the three months ended September 30, 2020 and $1.0 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2020. These costs are recorded within Cost of sales and Selling, general and administrative.
3 We also recorded related costs of $1.9 million and $1.4 million for the three months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, and $5.7 million and $4.0 million for the nine months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively. These costs are recorded within Cost of sales and Selling, general and administrative.
