Item 5.02. Appointment of Certain Officer.
On December 15, 2022, Cousins Properties Incorporated (the "Company") announced that Kennedy Hicks has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer & Managing Director - Atlanta, effective December 15, 2022.
Ms. Hicks, 39, joined the Company in November 2018 as Senior Vice President of Investments. She became Senior Vice President of Investments & Managing Director - Atlanta in July 2020, and Executive Vice President of Investments & Managing Director - Atlanta in October 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Hicks worked at Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking firm, where she served in a variety of roles from 2010-2018, including Managing Director.
