On May 21, 2008, Bally Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Neil Davidson as Chief Accounting Officer reporting to Robert C. Caller, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Davidson, age 36, joined Bally in February 2006 as Vice President of Corporate Accounting. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Davidson was the Vice President of Finance for Multimedia Games, Inc., a gaming equipment and systems company. Mr. Davidson began his career with KPMG, holding several positions during his tenure, the last of which was Audit Manager.  Mr. Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant.
