Chapter 11 Protection Filed by Significant Customer	Note 16 – Chapter 11 Protection Filed by Significant Customer On August 2, 2012, the Company received notice that a significant customer filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The customer received funding from its principal lender to continue to operate and remained current on its payments to the Company. In April 2013, the assets of the customer were sold in a bankruptcy auction. The new customer has remained current on its bills.
