Chapter 11 Protection Filed by Significant Customer	Note 16 – Chapter 11 Protection Filed by Significant Customer On August 2, 2012, the Company received notice that a significant customer filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The customer received funding from their principal lender to continue to operate and pay bills going forward. As of March 31, 2013, the Company has reserved $253,148, which is the outstanding amount consistent with the Company’s accounting policies.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
