Historically, operating results of the Company for the first half of the year were not necessarily indicative of performance for the entire year due to the seasonality of most of the Company’s products. Management believes the recent disposal and acquisition activity should help smooth the seasonality of the Company’s portfolio and make operating results more consistent.
