Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated the impact of subsequent events as defined by the accounting guidance through the date this report was issued. On July 30, 2021, the Company sold our Citizens Academy Training Facility located near Austin, Texas for a gross sales price of $3.8 million, resulting in a gain on the sale of $1.0 million. The facility was owned by Citizens and was held in our Other Non-Insurance Enterprises.
