On August 24, 2010, Con-way Inc. announced that Executive Vice President John
G. Labrie, the President of  the Company's Con-way Freight business unit, has
left the Company to pursue other interests.  Con-way Inc. President and Chief
Executive Officer, Douglas W.  Stotlar,  has  assumed  the  role  of  interim
President  of  Con-way  Freight and expects to serve in that role for six  to
twelve months.
