Sara Lee Corporation announced that James W. Nolan, Executive Vice President of the corporation and Chief Executive Officer, North American Fresh Bakery, has resigned from the corporation effective April 9, 2010 to pursue another professional opportunity. A permanent replacement for Mr. Nolan has not yet been named.
